New podcast hosted by Edgile expert Brad Smith, discuss customer-focused aspects of modern threat protection and how the Microsoft suite of security tools—such as Sentinel SIEM—can be used in different ways to lower enterprise risks.

PODCAST: Why many CISOs are handling the signal-to-noise ratio incorrectly

Many CISOs, CSOs and CIOs are not collecting enough data (signal) and the data they are gathering are not being retained long enough to deal with emerging threats. They may also be moving directly from collection to analysis/machine learning, which is not optimal. Data lake plays a role in-between. It allows a user to remove the noise before analysis.

Microsoft Sentinel does an excellent job of collecting and interpreting data globally. The size and reach of Microsoft allows Sentinel to detect potential threats long before they become a problem for the enterprise.

ECIF and MSSP Programs Bring Value to Your Customers
